Tantrum Advertising was created in 1995 by the merger of Itsi-Bitsi-Advertising of Arizona established in 1989 and Express Entertainment of Texas established in 1978. The merger of these two highly successful companies brought together graphic design for printing, billboards, and signs of Itsi-Bitsi with radio and television production services of Express Entertainment. Since its creation in 1995 Tantrum has provided web hosting and design, and has become a nationally recognized, award winning agency catering to the unique needs and budgets of small businesses and non-profit organizations. 

With corporate headquarters in Del Rio, Texas, Tantrum is able to keep operational costs low. This low cost of operations allows our clients to stretch their advertising budgets or upgrade production values without increasing cost. Tantrum is structured to provide full production services, from concept and development to post production and distribution, or just those steps of production needed by our clients.
